3:46Now PlayingAs per the latest news on Mirror Now, The Delhi Commission for Women has issued a notice to State Bank of India (SBI) seeking withdrawal of the guideline which prevents women over three months of joining service terming them as temporarily unfit. The Delhi Commission for Women's chief Swati Maliwal has said this guideline is both discriminatory and illegal. The guideline was issued on December 31. The guideline stated that those women who are more than three months pregnant are not eligible to work i.e. they will be considered temporarily unfit for the work. SBI union has raised this issue and said that this is completely condemnable.
