1:33Now PlayingAs per breaking inputs coming in on Mirror Now, a Mumbai Court has summoned actor Shilpa Shetty, her sister Shamita Shetty, and mother Sunanda Shetty in an alleged loan fraud case. Reportedly, the complaint states that Shilpa Shetty and her family failed to repay a loan, which was allegedly taken by their father, Surendra Shetty. Sources suggest that Parhad Amra, an automobile agency owner has claimed that Surendra Shetty had borrowed the sum in 2015, which remains unpaid. On this, an Andheri magistrate court issued summons to actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra, her sister Shamita Shetty and mother Sunanda Shetty over the failure of repayment of Rs 21 lakhs loan by alleged by a businessman. The Mumbai court has ordered all three members to appear before it on February 28.
