This time he is booked on land grabbing charges. This is the third case by the Chennai Police where they say that D Jayakumar tried to take over a property worth 5 crores. The Central Crime Branch has booked this case. It is known that he is booked under two sections. Under one section the Madras High Court has given him bail but he continued to remain in prison because the Madras High Court has refused bail for assaulting cases. Watch the full video to know more.
