This comes after the CBI rubbished the claims of Indrani Mukerjea which stated that Sheena Bora was alive. The rejoinder filed by Indrani states that the Central Bureau Of Investigation is trying to cover up its shoddy investigations and attempting to suppress the truth. This is in a relation to the Sheena Bora Murder case of 2012. Indrani had earlier applied to the court and had claimed that Sheena Bora was still alive. However, CBI had refuted her claims against which this rejoinder has been filed.
