As per breaking inputs coming in on Mirror Now, after exit polls in five states yesterday, the Bhartiya Janata Party is on an edge, with some even predicting a majority for the party in the 40-member Goa Assembly. The Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant in an exclusive shares his views on the post-poll scenario, says 'BJP will get a majority, retain seats.'

As the BJP went into the polls with its slogan '22 plus in 2022', Sawant on Monday stated that 'even if the party is stuck at 17-18 seats, it would seek help from Independent MLAs to form the government in Goa. He also took a jib at Congress stating that "Congress doesn't trust their own candidates.'
