as posted by the channelAs per breaking inputs coming in on Mirror Now, Moscow's envoy to the United Nations has stated that Russia will be holding a ceasefire to allow further evacuation and open humanitarian corridors. Reportedly the ceasefire is to commence at 10:00 AM Moscow Time today (12:30 PM IST) in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Mariupol cities of Ukraine. In 13 days, three rounds of talks have already taken place, but no sign of resolution or improvement in the on-ground situation can be witnessed. Civilians pay the price of the Russian assault, and now Russia has declared this round of ceasefire for the safe evacuation of citizens after the previous ceasefire collapsed.
