The High court has also directed the BMC to decide on the regularization application that has been filed by Union Minister Narayan Rane's company. Narayan Rane had filed a petition in the High court challenging the notices that were issued by the Mumbai Civic Body against his Juhu Bungalow. It has been alleged that certain structures in his Bungalow are not as per the norms and he must take them down.
