These metro lines are expected to reduce traffic congestion and expedite the journey of commuters. However, the metro lines experienced major hurdles as they faced severe technical glitches. On Day 3, the number of commuters was somewhere around 55,000. However. due to the glitches, the frequency of trains was affected and they got delayed. The primary problem which the passengers faced was during entry and exit as the metro doors and platform screening doors were not aligned properly.
