2:05Now Playing19 more Sri Lankan Tamilians have arrived in India via Tamil Nadu seeking refuge from the crisis back home. This is the 4th set of refugees coming in since the country's economic and political institutions were hit. All of these refugees arrived via water routes to the nearest Indian port they could access. The Tamil Nadu Government is doing everything to tend to their basic needs. The total number of refugees in India is now 39 and all of them have been provided shelter in the Mandapam refugee camp in Ramanathapuram.
In updated numbers, the total number has gone up to 41.
