On Thursday, the SC also refused to issue a stay order on the share allotment and the centre’s decision to trade five per cent of its shareholding in Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) through its initial public offering (IPO). The LIC IPO's share allotment is scheduled for today, after the IPO opened on May 4th.
