Reportedly, the SC reasoned this refusal stating that this postponement case instantly impact the availability of medical care and patient care. Moreover, the SC also said that 'these are matters of the policy domain, and unless proven that such a decision has been taken without the application of mind or is arbitrary, it can not be interfered with.'
