Punjab DGP V K Bhawra said at a press conference that Lakhbir Singh Landa is the main operative who was the key conspirator and arranged all the logistics in the Mohali blast. He is a close associate of Harvinder Singh Rinda also known as Babbar Khalsa, known for his close proximity with ISI. Rinda, Landa and gangsters carried out the attack on Punjab's intelligence headquarters in Mohali on behest of the Pak ISI, said the senior Punjab officer. He claimed that Khaslistani operatives were supported by Pakistan intelligence agency ISI and they were behind the attack. A total of 6 people have been arrested so far in the case.
