The case was filed by Navi Mumbai police, who arrested the individual and placed him in custody for seven days. The woman claims that the man threatened her with hard consequences if she reported him to the polices. The accused is Gurpal Singh Ahuja. The complainant and the accused are dating, and the videos were taken without her permission. Complaint said that the man extorted money and blackmailed her on the basis of those videos on gun point.
