In this episode of the Urban Debate, Heena Gambhir will be discussing the National Herald case. The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday summoned Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her MP son Rahul Gandhi for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the National Herald newspaper. Congress claims that the investigating agency had closed the case back in 2015. Hitting out at the BJP government at the centre, Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala and Abhishek Manu Singhvi lashed PM Modi and called the 'reopening of the case' a conspiracy. We are joined by expert guests to share their views on this. "Get the charges squashed," says Shantanu Sen, Former Joint Director, CBI. "30 convictions out of 1,000, ED follows a media witch hunt," says Congress Spokesperson, Aiyshwarya Mahadev.
