The AAP government announced today in front of the Punjab and Haryana High Court that it would return all 424 people's security. The security that was removed on June 7 will now be restored. The Punjab government said today that security cover for over 420 VVIPs will be reinstated starting June 7, five days after singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead. Following the assassination of Sidhu Moosewala, the Punjab administration, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has been chastised for decreasing the security of VVIPs.
