The Supreme Court on Wednesday slammed the central government and the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for allowing over 1400 seats to remain vacant in the courses of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG).
The court noted that 1,456 seats are vacant even after the additional rounds held in May. The bench was hearing a plea seeking orders for an additional round of counselling for the NEET PG super speciality courses
