1:09Now PlayingAccording to the latest news from Mirror Now, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot voted in the state's Rajya Sabha elections today at the Jaipur Vidhan Sabha. "These elections are unnecessary and coerced," the Congress leader remarked earlier today. The Rajya Sabha elections on Friday will decide the fate of 16 seats spread across four states: Haryana (2), Rajasthan (4), Maharashtra (6), and Karnataka (4). In the Upper House, there were 57 seats abandoned across 15 states, however 41 candidates were elected unopposed earlier, leaving the parties to fight for the remaining 16 seats.
