He has reportedly confessed to planning a conspiracy to attack Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala and his Canada-based aide Goldy Brar. Earlier he accused the Punjab Police that they would kill him in an encounter and demanded in the court to take back his custody from the Punjab Police. However, the court refused to hand over his custody to any other state.
