as posted by the channelAccording to a senior official on Saturday, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi has suspended a junior engineer and an assistant engineer and ordered an investigation into the wall fall incident in the Alipur locality. The wall of a godown that was still under construction collapsed on Friday, leaving five people dead and nine more hurt. "The incident has been investigated, and steps have been taken. A junior engineer and an assistant engineer have been suspended while an investigation is conducted "a senior MCD spokesperson said. He added that the move was taken after taking "serious cognisance of the regrettable situation" in Bakoli village and that the municipal commissioner had ordered the inquiry on Friday.
