as posted by the channelIn the latest update regarding the case of Alt News founder Mohommed Zubair, the Supreme Court issued protective orders to UP police and UP court asking them not to take any action against Zubair as per the FIRs registered against the founder of Alt News. Supreme Court will hear Zubair's case on the 20th of July and ask UP police to hold the case until the next hearing in the top court. Mohammed Zubair, founder of Alt News, was arrested by UP police for hurting religious sentiments with his posts on Twitter which he shared back in 2018. Multiple FIRs are still registered against him in several districts of Uttar Pradesh.
