3:55Now PlayingA day after Madhya Pradesh temple priests complained about Zomato's advertisement featuring Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, the online food delivery service apologised and said it had no desire to offend anyone. Two monks from the Mahakaleshwar temple demanded that Zomato remove the advertisement on Saturday on the grounds that it hurts Hindu feelings. Hrithik Roshan claims in the advertisement that he ordered a thali from "Mahakal" when in Ujjain because he was craving one. Thali is a suggested item on the menu at Ujjain's Mahakal Restaurant, not the renowned Mahakaleshwar Temple, according to a statement from Zomato. One of the 12 Jyotirlingas is the Mahakaleshwar or Mahakal temple devoted to Lord Shiva. According to Zomato, the ad in question is no longer showing.
