Meanwhile, Satyender Jain filed a new bail application in the case, which was heard in part on Saturday. On August 27, the court will hear his bail application.
Previously, the court granted interim bail to the Delhi minister's wife after ruling that Poonam Jain, Sunil Kumar Jain, and Ajit Kumar Jain were not arrested during the investigation and that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had already filed a charge sheet in the case. The ED claimed that it seized 2.85 crores in cash and 133 gold coins weighing 1.80 kg from Satyendra Jain's associates.
