7:22Now PlayingAs per the latest breaking news coming on PMLA judgment, it is being reported that The Supreme Court has agreed to listen to the review petition which was seeking reconsideration on its judgment on PMLA.
As per sources, on August 25, Supreme Court will review a plea against the judgment pertaining to upholding various provisions of the PMLA that had backed ED powers under the Act.
The Supreme Court had earlier upheld the validity of some provisions of the PMLA, saying that the attachment of property of those involved in the money laundering case was “constitutionally valid".
