3:38Now PlayingThe Supreme Court said on Thursday that the presence of Pegasus spyware has not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The technical committee had looked at 29 phones and found five to have malware. The Supreme Court noted on Thursday that although it might not be related to Pegasus, five out of the 29 phones that were submitted for inspection contained some virus due to weak cyber protection. We will see how far we can share this report after the Technical Committee's conclusion that these five phones have malware and inadequate cyber protection. The three-member expert group's report was examined by a bench led by Chief Justice of India NV Ramana and Justices Surya Kant and Hima Kohli, noted that "the technical committee claims the Government of India has not helped it."
