The delegation will call for an independent genocide tribunal. Terrorists killed a Kashmiri Pandit teacher in Jammu & Kashmir's Kulgam area. Rajni Bala (36) of Samba, Jammu, was injured when terrorists opened fire on her in the Gopalpora area of Kulgam, where she was working as a teacher. Bala was injured and brought to a local hospital, where physicians pronounced her dead on arrival. This is the month's seventh targeted killing in Kashmir. Three of the victims were off-duty police officers, while the other four were civilians.
