YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Election Commission has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court and stated that they can't ban candidates until the centre defines what is hate speech or hate mongering. PIL was seeking ban on such candidates. PIL was filed by BJP leader and lawyer seeking ban of those candidate who indulge into the hate speech. It also demanded deregistration of political parties whose candidates indulge in hate speech or hate mongering.
