The top court asked the state government, "What is the basis for PFI link?"As per sources, the Karnataka government will submit the chargesheet by evening.Yesterday, the Karnataka government told the Supreme Court that its order that kicked up a row over hijab was "religion neutral" and launched a strong defence of the state.
