2:23Now PlayingAs a result of martial law being enforced in the occupied Ukrainian territory, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has grown more intense. On October 26, a phone call was made between the Russian Federation's Sergei Shoigu and Rajnath Singh, the Union Defence Minister of India. The Russian defence minister expressed to his Indian counterpart his worries about potential provocations by Ukraine using a "dirty bomb." Singh, though, reaffirmed India's stance on the conflict. According to reports, he suggested that communication and diplomacy be utilized to resolve the conflict and that using nuclear weapons in battle goes against the idea of humanity.
