The department had cut water and electricity supply of a flat owner for not paying the bills. As per the reports, the flat owner had complained after the electricity and water cut that his fundamental rights have been violated. The flat owner then called the cops and after the arrival the fight took place. A man in a blue T- shirt can be seen fighting is said to be one of the tenants of that area. He also got into the interrupted saying that water and electricity are fundamental rights he further alleged that he was assaulted by apartment secretary and apartment association.
