Jaishankar and Lavrov have already met four times after the Ukraine conflict began in February. During his meeting with the Foreign Minister of Russia Mr Sergey Lavrov, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar said that 'we are now seeing the consequences of the Ukraine conflict.
