18:49Now PlayingIn this episode of Big Focus with Afrida Rahman Ali, we will deliberate on the upcoming elections in Gujarat. Gujarat is set to witness a three-cornered fight in the forthcoming assembly elections. However, the State has always been between two polarities, BJP and Congress. But this time, the electoral battle has expanded to AAP as a significant player BJP is not ready to take any risks and is contesting the polls with the same zeal despite having massive support in the State. Kejriwal, after conquering Punjab, is keen on attacking the impenetrable fort of the BJP. AAP's education, health, and subsidized electricity model seem to be failing in the home state of PM Modi. With the absolute absence of Congress in the upcoming Gujarat elections, AAP is trying its best to make the polls bipolar, i.e., AAP Vs. BJP. The idea of free electricity and free water doesn't seem very effective in Gujrat, so the blend of soft Hindutva is now added to enhance the flavor of elections in the State. AAP is keen on targeting the non-BJP Voters in the footprints of the BJP. Political Analyst Ashutosh said, 'Today, unfortunately, Gujarat Elections isn't about civic issues, inflation or price rise, it's only about Narendra Modi'
