They used a voting booth in Seraj, Mandi district, to cast their ballots. Thakur, a four-term MP, is once more in the mix from Seraj. Thakur asked the electorate to participate actively in the "festival of democracy" by turning out in large numbers after casting his or her ballot. On November 12, a ballot will be cast for the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. At 8 am, voting for the 68 candidates running for the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly began in the hill state. The Election Commission has placed a strong emphasis on extra planning to boost voter turnout. On December 8, 2022, the votes will be tallied and the results will be announced. The incumbent BJP will face off against the challenger Congress in the crucial election contest.
