3:55Now PlayingNoida authority has issued guidelines regarding the growing menace of attacks by pet dogs. Keeping a dog without registration now will attract a penalty of 2000 rupees. If someone is hurt by the pet dogs, then a penalty of rupees ten thousand would be imposed. Registration of pet dogs and cats is made mandatory till the 31st of January next year. The penalty will be imposed in case of non-registration; sterilization and anti-rabies vaccination have also been made compulsory. These guidelines come after a series of attacks by pet dogs in the recent past.
