Dar was addressing the PML-N workers in Dubai. He also had a meeting with US State Department in October. In the meeting, oil purchase from Russia was the main talking point. Dar has a constant stand on the issue for the past couple of months. In Washington in October, Dar openly said that Pakistan is ready to buy fuel from Russian. Watch the video for more.
