Earlier, the LG's access to his office was restricted on the order of LG Saxena. LG VK Saxena has also sought Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to remove Jasmine Shah from the post of vice chairman of the DDC for misusing his office for political purposes. The LG directed Kejriwal to restrict Jasmine Shah from 'discharging his duties' as the vice chairman of DDC and from using any 'privilege and facilities' associated with the office of vice chairman with immediate effect till any further decision is taken by the CM in this regard.
