Meeting to decide the Chief Minister of the Hill State. Congress has at least four candidates to choose from. The meeting is set to take place in Shimla on November 9 in the late evening. So far, Pratibha Singh is the front-runner for the desired post. Pratibha is the wife of Virbhadra Singh who was Congress's star politician in Himachal Pradesh. Pratibha Singh is a Lok Sabha MP from Mandi and belongs to a royal family. She did not contest the election but effectively led the Congress campaign in Himachal Pradesh. Watch the video for more.
