According to the statement of the MP leader, "These institutions are no longer independent agencies as these agencies have been subverted". This notice was given under rule 267. According to her, "this issue is important to discuss because recently Sanjay Raut, leader of Shiv Sena was detained by ED as he was being politically targeted.” The Same allegation was made by several Political Parties a few years back.
