A study of more than 13,000 residents asked them how they would be celebrating the New Year. Only 2% of people choose to celebrate their birthdays in public by attending a community event.
According to the survey, 3% of individuals said they'll eat out at a restaurant, 2% will attend a large new year's celebration, and 2% would go out to a restaurant with friends.
