The cricketer was moved to a private room from ICU to reduce risk of infection two days ago, confirmed sources on Monday. He continues to recover from his injuries and will be at a Dehradun hospital for now.
Reportedly, the BCCI will later take a call whether to move the cricketer abroad for his ligament treatment. His family has requested for privacy so that he recovers faster.
