12:03Now PlayingAs per the latest news on Mirror Now, in the new guidelines, Foreign institutions are only permitted to provide full-time programs in the physical mode, as per the UGC, they are not permitted to offer online or distance learning. According to the UGC Chairman, institutions that receive first clearances are eligible for 10 years in India. These institutions will be able to create their own admissions procedure for domestic and foreign students if they choose to establish branches in India.
