CM Dhami will visit Joshimath following the collapse of a temple and several houses. Visuals show huge cracks in the town's buildings, roads, and fields. The state govt has signalled 'maximum alert' and put a slew of emergency measures in place. State authorities have been directed to ensure the availability of helicopters for airlifting people.
