9:59Now PlayingAccording to the most recent updates coming from Mirror Now, the Bombay High Court on Monday granted interim relief to former ICICI Bank MD & CEO Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar in the ICICI Bank-Videocon case, observing that their arrests were not in accordance with the law. The court also calls the arrest "illegal." The Kochhars were arrested by the CBI late last month for their alleged roles in the ICICI Bank-Videocon case. According to the Bombay High Court order, "the arrest was not in accordance with the law and Section 41 of the Code of Criminal Procedure."
