38:11Now PlayingIn this episode of The Urban Debate with Shreya Dhoundial, we will deliberate on the escalating inconvenience for passengers at Indian airports. An odd event involving a GoFirst aeroplane leaving 50 passengers behind at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International airport has been reported from down south. The airline has released a statement and apologised for the event. Additionally, it provided all affected travellers with complimentary tickets. The passengers were forced to wait in the airport bus for more than an hour prior to learning that the flight had already taken off. Speaking on this, Captain Amit Singh, Founder, Safety Matters Foundation (NGO) said, “I think the DGCA has let #GoFirst off very lightly. They should've taken the strictest action.” Watch to know more!
