9:19Now PlayingIn response to an incident this week at Delhi airport where passengers of a flight headed for Bengaluru had to wait a lengthy time at the aerobridge, aviation watchdog DGCA would request a report from SpiceJet. On Tuesday at the Delhi airport, a passenger posted a video and his personal account of how long other passengers had to wait at the aerobridge. Passengers on SpiceJet flight SG 8133 from Delhi to Bengaluru experienced it. We are joined by a few panelists who will be expressing their views on this issue. "So actually the flight was supposed to take off at 2'o clock then it got delayed till 3:15 pm. Then they started boarding at 3-3:15 pm but the flight was delayed," says Soumil Agarwal, Travel Vlogger. "Well we have seen number of incidences in the past. The crux is that passengers are not aware of their rights," says Amit Singh, Founder at Safety Matters Foundation (NGO).
