Please don't back the BJP in this", he pleaded, alleging that the Lieutenant Governor was attempting to obstruct teachers' training. The deputy chief minister of Delhi said that "LG Saxena had initiated several inquiries back in October. After our responses to them, we were requested to conduct a cost-benefit analysis".
