3:28Now PlayingThe central government on Tuesday submitted an affidavit against the Student Islami Movement of India (SIMI). Centre told the apex court that any outfit that seeks Islamic rule in India should not be allowed to exist in our country. The government also mentioned in the affidavit that people in such organizations contact people from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and other Islamic countries. With filing the affidavit in the top court, the centre takes a very aggressive stand against the terror organizations in India. The affidavit against SIMI also states that such Islamic outfits are against the Indian constitution and nationalism.
