Swadichcha Sane went missing 13 months ago from the Mumbai bandstand. So far police have made two arrests in the case. The accused are identified as Abdul Jabbar Ansari (36), and Mitthu Singh (32). During the course of their investigation, officials from the crime branch discovered that while Sane and Singh were chatting at Bandstand, Ansari called Singh's mobile phone and made offensive remarks about the woman. As a result, the police believe that Ansari was aware that Singh was with Sane at the time. Ansari and Singh have been booked under sections 363, kidnapping, and 364 (E), kidnapping for ransom, of the IPC. Watch!
