3:02Now PlayingOn Wednesday, a Division Bench of the Kerala High Court issued a last caution to the State Government to follow the earlier directive to seize the assets of the now-banned organisation Popular Front Of India (PFI) and finish the related processes as soon as possible. The court has also ordered a report on the matter to be submitted by January 23. The court has also ruled that no notice of the proceedings is required to be given. The recovery of losses brought on by PFI's flash strike on September 23 is the topic at hand. For the losses incurred during the hartal, the government must obtain Rs 5.20 crore from PFI as compensation.
