36:14Now PlayingIn this episode of Mirror Metro, the host Shreya Dhoundial will be discussing how the Olympic bronze medalist Bajrang Punia and other wrestlers arrived at Jantar Mantar at 11.45 a.m. on Friday as the protest by Indian wrestlers against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) head Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh entered its third day. They met with Anurag Thakur, the sports minister, last night (Thursday), and the meeting ended around 1.30 am. Wrestlers refused to budge from their demand that the government quickly dissolve the federation, therefore their meeting with Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur ended in failure. At the conference were Olympic medalists Bajrang Punia, Ravi Dahiya, Sakshi Malik, and world championship medalist Vinesh Phogat. We are joined by a few panelists who will be expressing their views on this issue. “Govt needs to give us solutions, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh should speak, we aren't scared of Tsunami. All allegations are true," says Somveer Kadian, Wrestler. Listen In!
