Visuals from the clash site showed a party office burning. TMC leader Arabul Islam and his supporters also visited the place and claimed the party office that got vandalised and later set ablaze belonged to TMC. Both TNC and ISF staged protests. Meanwhile, speaking to the media, Naushad Siddiqui accused TMC workers of fomenting trouble and attacking ISF supporters. Siddiqui stated that after arriving in Kolkata, the next steps would be decided.
